Curator Control

Curators help organize, guide, and grow trusted spaces throughout CommunityScape. With Curator Control, users can work together to manage hubs, organize Topics and Resources, and help keep information accurate, inspiring, and up to date.

Curator Control combines the abilities previously associated with both Curators and Admins into one simple and collaborative role.

What Can a Curator Do?

Curators can help manage and contribute to hubs across CommunityScape by:

• Creating and managing Topics

• Adding and organizing Resources

• Updating links, videos, documents, and media

• Helping maintain accurate and trusted information

• Supporting the mission and direction of a Hub

• Collaborating with individuals, teams, and organizations

• Helping communities grow through curation and participation

 

Curator Control allows trusted users to work together while keeping hubs organized, active, and community-focused.

 

Individual Hub Curator Control

For Individual Hubs, Curator Control allows a user to manage additional hubs they personally create or collaborate on.

• Manage up to 10 Hubs with Curator Control

 

This is ideal for entrepreneurs, creators, educators, mentors, community leaders, and individuals managing multiple projects or collaborative spaces.

Organization Hub Curator Control

For Organization Hubs, Curator Control allows organizations to grant trusted Hub accounts access to help manage their Organization Hub.

Curators for Organization Hubs may help:

• Organize programs and initiatives

• Maintain Resources and Topics

• Share community information

• Support internal teams and public outreach

• Collaborate across departments or leadership groups

• Grant Curator Control to up to 5 Hub accounts

Gather Plan

• Grant Curator Control to up to 10 Hub accounts

 

This structure allows organizations to safely and collaboratively manage information across multiple trusted contributors.

Important Requirement Before Access Is Granted

All Hub accounts must already be created before Curator Control can be granted by the CommunityScape team.

Users cannot be added to Curator Control unless their Hub account already exists on CommunityScape.
